Celebrating the Return of Dance at SLO High
It was such a fun morning photographing the San Luis Obispo High School Dance Team this fall. After about five years without a dance team on campus, it was exciting to capture this group's return and help document the start of a new chapter for the program.
We chose the football field for the session, which felt like the perfect location for a pom team that spent the season performing at halftime during football games. The team brought great energy, positive attitudes, and plenty of school spirit, making the entire session a blast.
It's always special to photograph moments that will become part of a school's history, and I was honored to capture this talented group as they helped bring dance back to SLO High.
